Minnesota is one of only 6 states that have not passed updated child passenger safety laws. The current bill increases the age a child needs to be in a child restraint from 4-8 and add a height max of 4'9".
Staff from MN IFCK will testify for this bill to educate legislator about the need for booster seats.
