Registration for CME Credits or Contact Hours

Injury Free has applied for CHES (entry-level) and MCHES (advanced-level) Category I continuing education contact hours (CECH). As in previous years, AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ is also available. For more information, please see the Accreditation statement below.

If you desire to receive CME credits or contact hours for your participation in the conference, when registering for the conference, you MUST check the "Request CME certificate" checkbox below. Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center will provide credit for the conference. You no longer need to pre-register in CCHMC's CME system. The e-mail address you use on the conference registration form will be used to send you information after the conference to claim credit. Note: BOTH types of credits will be processed through this system.

If you created a profile in CCHMC's system for last year's conference, if at all possible, please use the same email address when registering for this year's conference.
