Dr. McFadden is a General Pediatrician and Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. She is also the Director of Clinical Initiatives with the PARTNERS for Equity in Child and Adolescent Health program and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics where she serves on the Executive Committee of the Council on Injury, Violence and Poison Prevention. Her academic and professional interests include childhood injury prevention, comprehensive care for the underserved, health equity, social determinants of health, early literacy/early brain development, and medical education.
