New Little Hands Playground in Harrell Park, New Orleans

April 9, 2009 - Injury Free Coalition for Kids National Office

WHAT: Pensiontown and Carrollton neighborhood volunteers will join sponsors from the Allstate Foundation, the Injury Free Coalition for Kids and Operation Kids to build a state-of-the-art safe recreational space for children.

WHEN: Saturday, April 18, 2009 – 8:00 a.m.

WHERE: Harrell Park, 2300 Leonidas @ S. Claiborne Ave

NOTES: Residents have partnered with the Allstate Foundation, the Injury Free Coalition for Kids and Operation Kids in their campaign to build a safe recreational space for kids in our neighborhood.

Harrell Park successfully bid for the playground as part of the "Little Hands Neighborhood Playground Partnership"
