Program/Event Details:
We would like to share our thanks and appreciation for our local and regional community partners that support injury prevention and health promotion for children in Kansas and Missouri, especially those residing in the greater Kansas City community. The organizations include Charlie's House, Kansas City Fire Department, Kansas City Health Department, Johnson CO Kansas Health & Environment, local fire /EMSC and law enforcement agencies, the Midwest Trauma Society, Saint Luke's Hospital, Research Medical Center, KUMC, BeSmart, Mothers Demand Action, Black Healthcare Coalition, Mid America Head Start Association, YMCA of Kansas City, Operation Breakthrough, City of Kansas City, Kansas Governor Kelly, Missouri Governor Parson and our internal CMH team of nurses, care assistants, OT/PTs, residents and faculty, Security and Transportation staff, Supply Chain, Facilities Operations, ED and Outpatient Clinics staff, media and government relations team.

These individuals support our community outreach in our everyday work, and on NIPD - resulting in reach thousands of children and their families to promote keeping kids safe. NIPD planning begins in the Spring with monthly planning meetings, and results in a network of agencies and individuals who share our passion of pediatric injury prevention.
