Program/Event Details:
UTHouston/Children's Memorial Hospital team will have two focus areas: Home & Street Safety for the 2022 National Injury Prevention Day. Our ER teams distributed Safety 1st Knob protectors along with injury prevention informational collateral to promote injury prevention and safe behaviors (Prevention related to Drowning, Distracted Driving, Child Passenger Safety, Alcohol Abuse & Teen) at designated campuses/clinics throughout the greater- Houston area on National Injury Prevention Day.
Two campuses were included in the distribution of these bundles (Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and Memorial Hermann - Sugar Land). Distributed 84 bundles, with 684 pieces of collateral.
