Program/Event Details:
Free family fun fair at Zoo Tampa. We had pediatric experts on injury prevention and provided medical professionals with 1 CE for trauma hours. We provided games for the children and provided injury prevention information to the public, along with many of our community partners. Information included: gun safety, fire safety, poison control, infant safe sleep practices, drown prevention and car safety. Chief of Tampa Fire Rescue was present for the event. Free gun locks and vaults were given away as well.
