Shining a Green Light

Program/Event Details:
IKEA Merriam, located in the Kansas City area, shined a green light in and around the building and provided communication near the indoor green lights emphasizing what NIPD is with a mention to Injury Free Coalition for Kids. We have partners with Charlie's House and Children's Mercy to ensure our messages are consistent. IKEA Merriam has also encouraged the City of Merriam to join by shining a green light on their Community Center, Police Department, Visitation Bureau, and City Hall.
