Program/Event Details:
Providing home safety kits to families discharged from the Hughes Spalding and Grady primary care locations. Plan to also have some printed materials to go along with the giveaway item, including a QR code to drive patient families to the website to obtain more safety information. Estimate 100 materials/kits total.
