Program/Event Details:
The El Paso County Commissioners Court announced November 18th as National Injury Prevention Day in El Paso. University Medical Center sponsored this proclamation and recognized the following organizations for all of their injury prevention collaboration efforts throughout the community: American Heart Association, El Paso Police Department, Drowning Prevention Coalition of El Paso, UMC Foundation, El Paso Health, Region 19 Head start, Community Schools, Action for Healthy Kids, Border Regional Advisory Council, El Paso Independant School District Health, Wellness, and Physical Education Department, and El Paso Children's Hospital.
