Program/Event Details:
The safety shower event allows participants to show their safety skills or spin the wheel to answer safety trivia questions. Participants will receive safety items and a chance to receive a gift certificate from the safety store.
A total of 5 staff were involved in the safety Shower. Over 80 families were seen during the event between 11 am and 2 pm. Equipment distributed: 30 sleep sacs, 21 Safety 1st Kitchen safety kits, 10 Safety 1st bathroom safety kits, 10 gun locks, 8 outlet covers, and a total of 18 gift certificates to The Safety Store (17 for $20.00 and 1 for $40.00). Partnerships/relationships: The Safety Store and BeSmart.
