National Injury Prevention Day 2024

In honor of National Injury Prevention Month, the OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois will host a car seat safety check at Pekin Fire Department located at 3232 Court Street in Pekin, IL. Car seats have been purchased for the event as part of the 2024 Pacesetter Award given to the OSF Children's Hosptial of Illinois from The Injury Free Coalition for Kids, National Program Office. This gracious award allows us to distribute car seats to families in need at the check to increase safety for kids in our local community. We will advertise this event via Facebook with the hashtag #BeInjuryFree. To make an appointment for this specific event please call (877) 277-6543.
