National Injury Prevention Day 2022

Program/Event Details:
A safety fair and story time will be held at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library on November 18, from 10am to Noon. Prevention partners will be present with interactive activities for preschool age children and safety information for parents. Partners include Safe Kids Kansas, Safe Kids Shawnee County, the State Fire Marshal's Office, the Kansas Poison Center, YMCA of Topeka, and county Health Dept, and the Kansas Traffic Safety Resource Office. Participants will each get to take home a free book, "Clifford Takes a Walk".
