Liberty Aluminum collaborates with Lee Health and Lee County First Responders to educate their employees on the dangers of heat illness, hydration, and dehydration.
Liberty Aluminum contacted the Lee County Injury Prevention Coalition in August requesting preventative information for their employees on heat illness, hydration, and dehydration. Lee Health's Trauma Services Injury Prevention team began working with Liberty Aluminum, offering resources, program information, and presentations (when and if needed).
Lee County Fire/EMS offered training to employees to help avoid unintentional injury related to heat.
