pediatric resident P-3, Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Miami
Mariah Zakharia, DO, is a third-year pediatric resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital/Holtz Children’s Hospital. She was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida before earning her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is completing her residency this year and plans to practice as a general pediatrician in the community. Her passion lies in patient and family education, with a strong focus on ensuring that all children and families have the knowledge and resources needed to stay safe at school, at home, and in every environment where children learn and play.
