James Graham is Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Graham graduated from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine, did a pediatric residency at the University of Arkansas, and a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Graham served as the associate medical director of the emergency department for 10 years and currently serves as a staff physician in the pediatric emergency department at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He serves as the course director for two medical school courses: the Introduction to Clinical Medicine 1 course in the freshman year and the Pediatric Clerkship in the junior year. Dr. Graham is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. His research interests include clinical emergency medicine, injury prevention, and medical education. He has won the Educator of the Year Award three times in the Department of Pediatrics and the Educator Emeritus Award.
