The Injury Free Coalition for Kids of Boston at Boston Children’s Hospital is an intervention program targeting prevention of the major causes of injuries in the Boston area. Our programs focus on home safety, a child passenger safety, and bike helmet distribution programs as well as legislative advocacy related to injury prevention.

The overall goal of Injury Free Boston is to reduce the incidence of injuries to children under the age of 15.
